With\u00a0<strong>more than 40 years\u2019 experience in the market of transformers<\/strong>, owners and managers of Westrafo GHANA are able to anticipate the trend of the market and to support the customers to create a win-win situation.<\/p>\n<p>Westrafo is seeking a\u00a0energetic and self-motivated individual with Medium and High Voltage Transformer production\u00a0experience. The candidate will be working as Production Manager\u00a0and shall be technically sound in power transformers and in the workflow organization of a transformer manufacturing plant. He\/she shall be hands-on and possessing good organization and interpersonal skills. He\/She will take care of the productive organization and quality level\u00a0of parts, components, assemblies, subassemblies, and systems; He\/she will ensure that production and logistic are made in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner while meeting customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Typical duties\/responsibilities for engineering may include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage transformer procurement\u00a0via coordination of logistic\/raw materials.<\/li>\n<li>Cure\u00a0quality documentation related to manufacture<\/li>\n<li>Order materials for the transformer production.<\/li>\n<li>Organize\u00a0service activities.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, conduct, coordinate, and develop\u00a0production taking care of the himan resources present and of the workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Additional duties may be assigned, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or \u00a0significative experience in the requested position. for at least 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of professional experience working with transformers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of Power, Distribution and special transformers<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with all commonly used transformers types<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge in the power transformers<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with different types of transformers<\/li>\n<li>Highly proactive with an inherent sense of urgency on all tasks presented<\/li>\n<li>Diligent, detail and goal oriented, highly analytical and innovative<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and accountable team player and individual contributor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Due to the nature of our products and services, only candidates with required skills and experience will be considered.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry<\/strong><br \/>\nElectrical\/Electronic Manufacturing<br \/>\n<strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease submit your CV to<strong> info@westrafo .com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WESTRAFO GHANA LTD is a Ghanaian company partecipated in majority by Westrafo Srl, a European company active in the production of transformers.
