Our best candidates are professionals with deep local expertise in Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Under general supervision,<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment and selection activities of classified staff for our clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the research and collection of applicant information\u037e research advertising sources and prepare layout and content for advertisements of employment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to applicants\u2019 and client\u2019s inquiries both on phone, face to face and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Review employment files to verify minimum qualifications for position are met.<\/li>\n<li>Support in Compiling, monitoring and completion all outsourcing recruitment projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support in organizing conferences, and training events and other activities.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and participate in candidate interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct reference checks on prospective candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY COMPETENCIES <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Work independently with minimum supervision\u037e<\/li>\n<li>write accurate and comprehensive reports\u037e<\/li>\n<li>prioritize and perform tasks in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively in English\u037e<\/li>\n<li>do follow ups and give oral and written directions to candidates and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cooperative working relationships and interact in a friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good team player.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer literacy skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Degree in human resources management or related field.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> How To Apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apply by sending your CV to resumes@hiredcapital.com (mailto:resumes@hiredcapital.com) or log on to our website www.hiredcapital.com (http:\/\/www.hiredcapital.com) and upload your CV.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Notice Please note, employers receive numerous applications per posting.
