This guarantees that our subscribers experience the best services at the most affordable rates throughout our 10 regions of Ghana and beyond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Pricing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.fieldlabel.JPM_DESCRIPTION\" class=\"pc-rtg-h2\" title=\"\"><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_DESCRIPTION_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_DESCRIPTION\">Role Purpose<\/label><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\">To roll out and train, to improve and drive pricing as a key strategic initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pc-rtg-body\"> The position plays a key role in ensuring that the importance of pricing (as a key lever) is understood at all levels and helps driving the firm\u2019s continuing efforts towards profitable, sustainable business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.fieldlabel.JPM_ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS\" class=\"pc-rtg-h2\" title=\"\"><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS\">Key Responsibilities<\/label><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify training and development needs from a pricing perspective through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultations<\/li>\n<li>Design tailored pricing learning and development programmes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review progress through questionnaires, discussions with senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Keep ahead of pricing developments<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development and maintenance of a capability to capture, re-use, and promote country pricing teams\u2019 best practices, key learnings, proposal material, market knowledge, etc<\/li>\n<li>Set up a network\/community of pricing champions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that pricing best practice and identified and shared<\/li>\n<li>Strategic role in analysing the ever changing market environment &amp; identifying key risks and opportunities, to optimise pricing decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong network of contacts within the countries and across the Group<\/li>\n<li>Create killer powerpoint presentations that adhere to KISS principles whilst inspiring, influencing &amp; impressing<\/li>\n<li>Identify revenue-generating price change opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.fieldlabel.JPM_WORKENVIRONMENT\" class=\"pc-rtg-h2\" title=\"\"><label id=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_WORKENVIRONMENT_label\" for=\"com.peopleclick.cp.formdata.JPM_WORKENVIRONMENT\">Position Requirements<\/label><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years of experience with proven track record in a highly analytical environment such as Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree is essential (preferred: Economics, Marketing, Business or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate Degree is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to build relationships and credibility quickly<\/li>\n<li>Great presentation skills \u2013 capable of presenting to diverse audiences \u2013 individuals, teams, pricing analysts to CEO<\/li>\n<li>Diplomatic skills to work across a matrixed organization and be a coalition builder who can easily defend positions from a data perspective and mediate opposing views to assist in pricing decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Financial modeling<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop new techniques or approaches<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English speaker, French strongly preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE<\/li>\n<li>Either significant Learning &amp; Development or Pricing experience is essential<\/li>\n<li>Learning &amp; Development and Pricing experience is nice to have<\/li>\n<li>Pricing experience is essential (nice to have: across multiple industries &amp;
