Due to the Company&#8217;s expansion and involvement in a number of new and up and coming projects in Ghana and West Africa, multiple opportunities are now available for highly motivated and focused individuals with EPCM experience to join our team<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo coordinate, organize and implement MMDA&#8217;s policies and programmes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serves as a Secretary to the Assembly and chairs the Planning and Coordinating Unit<br \/>\nServes as a special advisor to the Chief Executive<br \/>\nInitiates and guides policy formulation, planning and decision making at the Assembly<br \/>\nActs as a liaison of the Heads of Decentralized Departments and the Chief Executive and<br \/>\nManages the financial resources of the Assembly in consultation with the Chief Executive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of a Masters Degree from a recognized University<br \/>\nA minimum of twelve (12) years relevant working experience in the Assembly or a comparable Public Service Institution; and<br \/>\nMust demonstrate substantial expertise in Public Sector Management and Local Government Policy Administration<br \/>\nThe ideal candidate must have:<br \/>\nLeadership and Managerial skills<br \/>\nVerbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nNegotiation and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAnalytical skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicants shall:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indicate the position applied for in the application, attach copies of:<br \/>\nEducational certificates, Professional certificates (where applicable), Curriculum vitae (CV) Including three referees with their contact details, (at least one referee must be professional related)<br \/>\nSubmit application to:<br \/>\nThe Head of Service<br \/>\nLocal Governance Service Secretariat<br \/>\nUniversity Post Office<br \/>\nP.
