Water Health Ghana (WHG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Water Health International, a Company that aims at providing scale-able, safe drinking water solutions to under served areas through advanced technology and innovative business models. Headquartered in Irvine, USA, Water Health International (holding Company of WHG) runs operations worldwide including Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria Bangladesh and India. WHG came into the existence in 2008 with a vision to provide safe, scalable and affordable drinking water to the under served communities across Ghana. 4<\/td>\nResolving minor technical issues and ensuring plant downtime is minimal.<\/td>\nShared<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5<\/td>\nRaising timely trouble tickets in case of any technical issues and operational issues that require intervention of other WHG personnel.<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6<\/td>\nManaging the Business Associate life cycle i.e. recruitment, training, engagement, performance management and ext.<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

8<\/td>\nRecruit and constantly engage a water board to monitor the affairs at the WHCs in the Grid<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9<\/td>\nRetaining and improving the customer base of the WHC including maintaining of the customer records.<\/td>\nShared<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
10<\/td>\nEnsuring customer registrations are done through the defined process.<\/td>\nShared<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
11<\/td>\nconducting marketing campaigns and other activities to increase awareness and in turn customer adoption of dr. water.<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
12<\/td>\nAcquiring the required number of Retail Points in the WHC catchment area.<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
13<\/td>\nAggressively recruit, train and manage hard core sales canvassers to sell to required targeted house holds through door knocks<\/td>\nFull<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
14<\/td>\nConducting marketing campaigns and other activities to increase awareness and in turn customer adoption of dr. water.<\/td>\nShared<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
