\nControlling:<\/strong> Supervise and support accounting processes handled in our global service centre
\nProcess Improvement:<\/strong> Play an active part of the accounting\/controller team to improve processes and routines
\nGovernance:<\/strong> Implement adequate and effective business and financial controls and conduct effective governance over the business and financial reporting processes
\nTax and Compliance:<\/strong> You are expected to support the Area CFO with trade compliance policies, fraud prevention, tax related and enterprise risk management methodologies
\nProjects<\/strong>: Ad-hoc projects such as company establishment.
\nGroup values:<\/strong> You are to adhere to the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group Commit rules and ensure the group values are communicated and lived by throughout the organisations in your area.
\nGroup Policy & Procedures:<\/strong> You should align the policies and procedures adopted in Ghana with DAMCO\u2019s global policies and procedures and also align them with the regional guidelines.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of fundamentals of accounting
