Following the visit of the President of the Organization of Islamic Culture and Relations His Reverence Muhammadi &#8216;Iraqi to Ghana in 2002 and the signing of the joint cultural statement, the two countries placed emphasis on the enforcement of the cultural Agreement, and in particular, called attention to paragraph 12 of the said Agreement which suggests the planning of cultural exchanges between the two countries.
