As we tackle the world\u2019s biggest challenges, our company continues to grow, we\u2019re looking for talented professionals to join us in this new era.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Service Availability Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Manages all delivery communications with sending Geo and end customer<\/li>\n<li>Ensure relevant governance \/interlock with Sending Geo, end customer and technical service lines<\/li>\n<li>Interlocking with senior Management in GTS to discuss process improvements for productivity gains<\/li>\n<li>Project-oriented leadership of customer teams from different locations.<\/li>\n<li>Review service line performance (overall view) and devise improvement plans as required<\/li>\n<li>Integrate services to meet service level agreements and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence<\/li>\n<li>Define, Own Service\/Quality, Process Improvement plan<\/li>\n<li>Client Facing Exposure and Strong Relationship Management skills are a must<\/li>\n<li>Service Management<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management<\/li>\n<li>Service Reporting (internal and to the customer) in accordance with the contract<\/li>\n<li>Control of budget (project expenses, indirect expenses, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Continuous efficiency increase, project expenses reduction as well as optimization of the utilization of the involved center organization<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing SOW &amp; updating it<\/li>\n<li>Manage the delivery commitments of the GDC according to the contract or SOW (Statement of work).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Responsible for service delivery , all service management processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Audit Readiness for Service delivery. Exposure to SOX,Corporate audits is highly desired.<\/li>\n<li>Audit support and coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Understanding of SO environment is must<\/li>\n<li>Unix Platform team Service Delivery Exposure is essential<\/li>\n<li>Service Management Exposure : IPC Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on Unix Platform and Operations Environment<\/li>\n<li>Audit &amp; Compliance management<\/li>\n<li>Incident and Problem Management<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Driving Internal and external governance calls with team and customer<\/li>\n<li>Define and manage Process around IPC and accountability for customer satisfaction by integrating various IBM teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Communication Skills Problem Determination &amp; analysis skills Excellent team working &amp; Positive Attitude Ability to quickly assimilate technical &amp; non-technical<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Domestic Delivery<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past 100 years, IBMers all over the globe have helped make the world work better and smarter.
