Our approach is to understand your needs, give you a menu of solutions and work with you to apply the best interventions for your company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"newsHeadline\"><strong>Job\u00a0Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"newsHeadline\"><strong>Job Title: First Cashiers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"newsHeadline\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To manage the activities within the cashiering unit and oversee the balancing of cash drawers of cashiers on a day to day basis. The selected candidate will be required to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and oversee the work of the cashiering team on a day-to-day basis.<\/li>\n<li>Assign the workload to the team and make decisions on various daily demands.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to cashiers especially new team members to enhance their performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that each customer\u2019s transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer problems and inquiries and ensure that any customer complaints are handled immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Manage bank deposit activities and make sure that cash is counted accurately at the end of each day\/shift and any discrepancies are corrected and managed.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to ensure that further errors do not happen.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and maintain account related reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"newsHeadline\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree from a recognised University with at least three (3) years working experience in the banking sector.\u00a0\u00a0 Must have worked as a Cashier for at least a year.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of banking operations, practices and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess supervisory\u00a0 and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of banking products.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of credit policies\/procedures and other related regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation,<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills and decision making abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numerical interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Microsoft Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is made up of an outstanding team of highly experienced and qualified permanent staff and associates who together work to add value to clients\u2032 businesses.
