The post will be based in all 4 regional offices of MSIG, namely Accra, Takoradi, Tamale and Kumasi, but with periodic support to other MSIG Clinical service delivery points such as outreach and social Franchise as required. \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide high quality and innovative FP\/SRH (Sexual Reproductive Health) services in MSIG Centres of Excellence
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote family planning through all MSIG clinical service delivery channels
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Counsel and assist clients to make informed FP\/SRH choices when necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that clinical complications at service delivery points are minimised or professionally managed when they occur<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be well versed in Ghana Health Service clinical policies, protocols and standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be innovative in handling sexual and reproductive health issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have practical working experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have the desire to skilfully perform family planning services
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least three (3) years\u2019 experience in Midwifery
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent skills in provider-client interaction, good written and verbal communication
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be registered with a recognised local clinical professional body in Ghana preferably the Nurses and Midwives Council
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be prochoice<\/p>\n
