{"id":13773,"date":"2016-06-02T12:57:44","date_gmt":"2016-06-02T12:57:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=13773"},"modified":"2016-06-02T12:57:44","modified_gmt":"2016-06-02T12:57:44","slug":"wanted-automation-technician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wanted-automation-technician.html","title":{"rendered":"Wanted: Automation Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Reputable multi-national within the food industry\u00a0 seeks the services of a:<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Automation Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nCarrying out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on equipment in the plant to ensure the availability of the plant to meet production targets.<\/p>\n<p>The successful Candidate\u00a0 will report to the Automation Engineer<\/p>\n<p>The Position is based in Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring all reports required (job request, shift report\u2026) are accurately and timely filled.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting automation and instrumentation issues using the PG<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring calibration is well followed and documented.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring PLC program are updated and well maintained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B. Sc. in Electrical &amp; Electronic Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years post qualification hands-on relevant working experience in automation and instrumentation with usage of PG<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in plant electrical, automation and instrumentation engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in programmable logic control.
