Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Head, Distributor Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n The position is middle management one and the successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director. The candidate will ensure cement sales are made through the distributor segment across Ghana. The sales must fit into Ghacem’s distribution policy and seek to enhance the company’s brand and increase market share. \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide feedback, support, training and coaching to the sales team as well as develop them and assign or re-assign sales territories
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage sales depots to realize sales objectives
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Identify sales projects, develop sales leads and deliver the company\u2019s brand promise
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Formulate, implement and review distributor\/customer programs, emphasizing on quality service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Formulate, implement and review results of sales activities, customer support programs and sales campaign efforts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure the company\u2019s customer complain handling policy is strictly adhered to
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Track, collate and interpret sales figures as well as forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure environmental, healthy and safety procedures within the Section are complied with<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 An affiliation to a professional body may be a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Cement application knowledge will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five (5) years practical work experience in industry, preferably in a FMCG<\/p>\n
