In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking an Account Manager for several locations in Africa &#8211; Chade, Tanzania, Senegal, Ghana and Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>TIMWE Group is a global provider of mobile engagement solutions. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking an\u00a0Account Manager for several locations in Africa &#8211; Chade, Tanzania, Senegal, Ghana and\u00a0Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descripton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0ACCOUNT MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all the Content Providers (CPs) on a daily basis;<\/li>\n<li>Solve CPs issues and liaise with internal TIMWE \/Operator\u2019s teams to solved them;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivering the CP plan;<\/li>\n<li>Bring new CPs on board according to the defined plan;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all CPs approvals with the Operator before launching a new service;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for defining integration timelines together with local IT team;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for negotiation and closing contracts;<\/li>\n<li>SPOC for CP;<\/li>\n<li>Defines reports for CPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree;<\/li>\n<li>More than 3\/ 4 years of related job experience, preferably in Media and\/or Telecommunications services;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of the VAS business;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with customer management;<\/li>\n<li>An extremely high level of communication skills to present, inform, and persuade high level internal and external customers of the company\u2019s understanding of customer needs and requirements, business development plans, strategies and actions;<\/li>\n<li>Positive thinking and focus on problem solving;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment;<\/li>\n<li>Results oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (mandatory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TIMWE Group is a global provider of mobile engagement solutions.
