\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be computer literate and numerate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have experience with implementation of corrective actions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A certificate in HACCP and\/or Quality Audit would be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have serious attention to detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have good communication skills – verbal and written
