Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting into the ECEMEA Senior Director of<\/p>\n

Customer Success, the CSM will be responsible for fusing and complementing the<\/p>\n

relationship between The Oracle Public Cloud and customers core business<\/p>\n

objectives and priorities thereby driving increased business value and<\/p>\n

alignment between Oracle and its valued customer community.<\/p>\n

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer adoption<\/p>\n

through successful on-boarding and utilization of the PaaS and IaaS<\/p>\n

services. They will need to proactively identify and prioritise<\/p>\n

opportunities, and collaborate with PreSales, Sales, Development, Consulting, Partners<\/p>\n

(etc) to improve the customer\u2019s consumption of Technology Cloud credits.<\/p>\n

This will include problem solving, milestone development and ongoing state of<\/p>\n

the customer reviews to ensure that customers maximize their usage of the<\/p>\n

platform. Ultimately the success of the role is driving and securing a high<\/p>\n

level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that consumption of Oracle\u2019s Public<\/p>\n

Cloud continues in its upward trajectory.<\/p>\n
