\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Development and writing of research proposals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implementation of programmes \/activities within specific projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Writing end of project reports and related monitoring and evaluation reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertaking any other relevant assignments for and on behalf of the Centre as directed by the Head of Department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of and experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods including survey design and data analysis
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and within set deadlines
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of an intentional team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to prepare clear and coherent reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to conduct media interviews
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent skills in the following softwares – MS Office, SPSS or any other statistical package
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate should be available for local and international travels
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have demonstrable interest in democracy and development in Africa in general and Ghana in particular<\/p>\n
