\n. Scheduling and routing of drivers and vehicles to timely meet the daily transport requirement of the company.
\n. Management of the Transport contract, keep and maintain a log of all transport records and monitor vehicles tracking system.
\n. Coordinate driver training and refresher programs
\n. Ensure that drivers comply with company\u2019s vehicles inspections and maintenance requirments in line with company\u2019s fleet management policy.
\n. Ensure that all vehicles comply with the statutory requirements under the Road traffic Act.
\n. Keeping a data of all drivers and their licenses and monitoring to ensure that all the drivers licenses are valid at all time.
\n. Maintain an effective vehicle fuel administration system<\/p>\n
\n. Ability to work in a collaborative manner
\n. Ability to build consensus regarding decisions
\n. Good Interpersonal skills to work with other departments<\/p>\n
