{"id":13958,"date":"2016-06-09T14:15:14","date_gmt":"2016-06-09T14:15:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=13958"},"modified":"2016-11-21T13:17:19","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T13:17:19","slug":"tigo-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tigo-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"tiGo Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tigo is currently recruiting for the position of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Procurement Reporting Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The individual selected for this role will be required to assist the Supply Chain Manager and functional managers in a variety of different reporting and project management tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting data and providing quantitative analyses to support business decisions and reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a central point of ownership for all reporting tools, data collection and KPI updates;<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the Supply Chain manager in providing regular updates and reports to the Procurement Committee, Global Supply Chain team, internal customers and Management, as appropriate;<\/li>\n<li>Working with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of reports within the country and the region;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring performance review and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Supply Chain databases (physical and electronic) are adequately maintained and up to date at all times with any actions that have impact on the information contained therein;<\/li>\n<li>Managing tools to support business decisions; ensuring information \/ KPIs are up to date and easily accessible by Local and Global Procurement teams;<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining Supply Chain processes and procedures;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a first degree.
