\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop strategies aimed at identifying and increasing the use of local goods and services, and human resources in the oil and gas companies operating in Ghana
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement a system to constantly improve the competencies of indigenous companies to be able to effectively and successfully bid for contracts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide assistance in the monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of Local Content Plans
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review relevant legislation’s, regulations and contracts with oil and gas companies operating in Ghana<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Engineering, Law, Business Administration or its equivalent is preferred
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 10 years experience in a progressively responsible position is required, out of which not less than eight (8) years must be in a cognate position or Business Development \/ Client Relationship Management role within the Oil and Gas or Mining sector at a supervisory or management level<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong working knowledge of local content development in the Oil & Gas or Mining sectors
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good negotiation skills specific to upstream Oil and Gas or Mining Contracts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in presenting and documenting contract agreements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of document control practices and systems as applied to the management of projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Integrity, attention to detail, time consciousness, accountability, team work ability.<\/p>\n
