\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Plan, develop and implement programmes to promote community awareness
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Formulate policies to ensure good relation and effective communication with key community groups and provide clear direction for the company in dealing with communities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage the maintenance of good public image of the company through all relevant media channels, ensuring that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes of operating companies are adhered to
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Design, implement and monitor community relations and social investment programmes which enable a sustainable and socially responsible operation in oil and gas operational areas
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure effective and efficient stakeholder engagement with local communities on matters relating to oil and gas operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Pro-actively assess the impacts of oil and gas activities in the communities close to operational areas, including all areas where petroleum activities may impact people
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Research, assess and implement sustainable social investment programmes in communities close to oil and gas operational areas
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop Community Investment Strategy, and maintain relationships with stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the implementation of Community Investment plans, and strive to leave a positive impact on the longer-term outcomes for local people<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Master degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing is preferred
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 10 years experience in a progressively responsible position is required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent negotiation skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in crisis response co-ordination and management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and organization skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to meet schedules and project objectives
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Confident communicator with senior management and external stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong report writing and presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Integrity, Attention to detail, time consciousness, Accountability, team work ability<\/p>\n
