\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Train and supervise the training of all staff, including any apprentices and trainees
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support the Restaurant Manager in the management of the restaurant<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in a supervisory or similar role in a recognized hotel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to business
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be results-oriented and versatile
