\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that products reach customers on time atn d in sufficient quantity to meet market demand.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Generate customer invoices and follow up on customer to ensure timely payments
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage customer complaints on a wide variety of issues within their remit and refer and upwards as appropriate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Records and report anomalies in the payment\/invoicing process eg: outstanding invoices, under\/over paid invoices and notify anomalies to the line manager.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to advising superior officer on areas\/issues of concern and make recommendations for improvement\/changes to policy and processes.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the development and maintenance of relationship with customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in validating newspaper\/adverts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare crdit notes for customers as requied
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop new routes and distribution schedules as and when required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must possess good communications skills and have a keeneye for detail.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to meet deadlines
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be computer literate
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a valid driving license<\/p>\n
