\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide key leadership in resolving problematic machines and machine maintenance, ensuring activities are planned and managed in an efficient manner to avoid excessive downtime and providing an improved performance post repair;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prospection for sales of equipment and trucks
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure a good interpersonal and customer relationship;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with the National Parts Manager for the supply of parts to customers;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with the Sales Director for sale of equipment and trucks<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have at least six (6) years post qualification on Maintenance & repairs of\u00a0 Heavy Earth Moving Equipment experience;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Competence in mechanical, hydraulics & electrical troubleshooting;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literacy especially with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and the internet;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possession of a valid driving license & demonstrate competent driving skills;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate an ability to lead, supervise, train, mentor, influence the team;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have knowledge in the handling of parts;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a fair sales background.<\/p>\n
