\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Represent the General Manager (GM) at functions and meetings as and when necessary.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Lead, direct and support\u00a0 the activities of employees so asto achieve the corporate objectives
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage performance of all departments with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support the GM to recruit, train, motivate, coach, and ensure that employees are efficient.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide necessary technical and operational support to all teams within the hotel.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure continuous improvement of the hotel\u2019s services to ensureguest satisfaction.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the operations and general activities of the business, including its assets and employees.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise and report on all operational and strategic issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all hotel rules and policies are implemented.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all business recovery\/contingency plans and\/or procedures are always kept up to date
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all bedrooms\/conference rooms and areas under your responsibility are checked thoroughly at the end of every shift, confirming that they meet our standards.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five (5) years working experience of which three(3) years must be relevant to a supervisory role in the hotel industry.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 General knowledge of modern hotel management practices.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to prepare, maintain and provide detailed and accuratereports.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to plan and supervise the work of others.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.<\/p>\n
