\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate the implementation of GNECC activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Follow-up and monitor projects and regularly prepare progress report
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote dialogue and interface between GNECC Members, local government and national government institutions
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote GNECC advocacy issues through platforms, networks an partner organizations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Shall report to the National Coordinator who has overall responsibility for programme development and management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake all other responsibility and duties that would be assigned by the National Coordinator<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge and understanding of community development, civil society organizations, empowerment processes, participatory planning, programme and financial management, influence and advocacy work
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of cross-cutting issues such as Gender, Poverty Reduction strategy, Public Private Partnership
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Quantitative and qualitative research methodology
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of educational policies and systems
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literate (Windows XP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Has not less than 5 years’ experience in development work as Programme Officer<\/p>\n
