REP is currently being implemented in 161 districts nationwide through 161 district-based Business Advisory Centres (BACs), 36 Rural Technology Facilities (RTFs) and a network of rural and community banks in partnership with District Assemblies, NBSSI, GRATIS, Financial Institutions and the Private Sector. The Programme is co-financed by the Government of Ghana (GOG), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and African Development Bank (AfDB). A Programme Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) has been established in Kumasi to oversee the day-to-day activities of the REP.<\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Monitoring & Evaluation\/Gender Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Monitoring & Evaluation\/Gender Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and generally lead in identifying gender-based constraints facing the primary target groups and steering programme activities to directly address these issues. S\/he will be expected to engage with all areas of programme implementation to ensure gender mainstreaming practices are being utilised.<\/p>\n
