Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Senior Budget Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n The Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n The National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) was established by an Act of Parliament (Act 454) of 1993. The functions of the council are stated in the Council’s enabling act. \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The supervision of staff of the Budget Section
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other functions that may be assigned by the Executive Secretary<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Membership of a professional accounting body will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a minimum of six (6) years post qualification working experience in a senior management position in a tertiary education institution \/ sector, civil or public service
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have wide experience and knowledge in budget policy, preparation and monitoring
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preferably not be more than 50 years
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be skillful in the application of computer and accounting software
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be a team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident and enjoy working to tight schedules
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preferably not be more than 50 years<\/p>\n
