\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Produce Accounts \/ Financial and offer reports for Management, the Board, Auditors, Regulators, Tax Agencies, etc
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage proper balance between risk and return by ensuring an effective and efficient Asset \/ Liability
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage cash and funds transfer
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee inter-branch \/ inter-company reconciliation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise the preparation of annual budgets and contribute to annual projections
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage capital expenditures and all procurement for the Bank
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish and enforce internal controls
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain the general ledger as well as other registers of the Bank
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with GRA on all tax issues and filing of relevant tax returns
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The Head of Finance \/ Accounts shall report to the General Manager
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any relevant additional duty that will be assigned by the General Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 ICA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the Accounting \/ Finance field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good communication skills, both verbal ad written
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in T24
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to prepare prudential returns<\/p>\n
