\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Calculates and analysis stock levels and monitors inventory health and shelf life of cocoa in the warehouse
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage offloading, storage and administration of beans into warehouse
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct appropriate analysis to confirm the grade of raw cocoa beans supplied. Monitor the quality of raw cocoa beans in the warehouse and ensure delivery of the right quantities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the effective planning & authorization of all truck movements & routes for collection of cocoa beans in a manner that optimizes the use of the resources i.e vehicles & fuel, thereby avoiding wastages and enhancing value for money operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities within the District
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manages and provides coaching and \/ or training to team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Significant experience in Warehouse Management \/ Supply Chain or Logistics Management with commodities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to act as a leader
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analytical and strategic thinking that creates value
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, etc)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to advice and influence relevant stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Trustworthiness
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to drive with valid driver’s license<\/p>\n
