\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that all scales used in weighing cocoa beans are properly calibrated
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A degree will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Budget management, negotiating skills, numeracy skills, influencing skills, good communication skills, calm under pressure, assertive, tenacious
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to drive with valid driver’s license<\/p>\n
