Develop an effective candidate pipelining strategy
\nWork closing with other Resourcing Advisors to share best practice and improve resourcing management effectiveness across the Region
\nAct as primary point of contact with external recruitment agencies ensuring delivery to predetermine standards
\nProduce the Business manpower plan; ensuring it is updated on a regular basis to reflect current and future requirements against business needs
\nPro actively educate and train Line Managers to ensure they are technically developed and coached in all aspects of resource management
\nBuild effective relationships, Influence and motivate the Business Unit Heads and Line Managers and managers to ensure their wholehearted commitment to effective resource management
\nEnsure end to end candidate management<\/p>\n

\nThree (3) years resourcing experience in a high paced, high delivery environment
\nFunctional HR Planning & execution skills
\nIn-depth knowledge of best practice Human Resource policies, and strategies
\nA minimum of first degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional qualification<\/p>\n
