{"id":14252,"date":"2016-07-21T02:14:33","date_gmt":"2016-07-21T02:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=14252"},"modified":"2016-07-21T07:24:59","modified_gmt":"2016-07-21T07:24:59","slug":"vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/vacancies.html","title":{"rendered":"JustFresh Recruitment 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A very good company needs the services of a<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics, procurement and customer relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oversee the movement, distribution and storage of JustFresh produce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logistics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs<\/li>\n<li>Use\/create information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers;<\/li>\n<li>Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Project manage, set objectives, plan projects, work on new supply strategies, plan vehicle and delivery routes;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the movement, distribution and storage of JustFresh produce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve the efficiency of our supply chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create policies or procedures for logistics activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolve problems concerning transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate transportation rates or services. Manage bikers and drivers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and implementation of authority, local and state registration\/regulations in operating restaurants and food chain outlets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and implement export regulation and standards for JustFresh and partners\u2019 products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing of our fruit, veggies and produce delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procurement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and prioritize purchasing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a database of suppliers of produce and their prices. Record price dynamics and change in price patterns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Buy produce from farmers and markets. Ensure they meet the right standards and are of high quality. (Produce for daily restaurant needs and delivery service)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily and Weekly purchase of items for East Legon and Labone daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure that they are never out of stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive daily opening and closing stock from Kitchen staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare daily purchase budget and reconciliation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling, managing of JustFresh hotline number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop good customer relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage customer database, ordering pattern and feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate delivery of produce from the Kitchen to the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that customers are always happy, and complaints are treated seriously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Send messages\/whatsapp\/email to existing customers daily.
