\nFollow up on projections of needs and call forwarding requirements
\nCollect regional and statistical information related to needs in various locations
\nPrepare contracts for the transport of food and non-food items in both emergency and development operations
\nDeliver WRP standard waybills to those involved in the transport of WRP operations; ensure that proper paperwork has been prepared
\nAssist with the accounting, reporting on food and non-food items and ensure that internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained
\nAssist in contingency planning and logistics preparedness reviews;
\nPerform other related duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\nAt least 5 years of progressively responsible support experience including at least One year in the field of logistics, accounting, transport, insurance, statistics, operations or another related field
\nExperience utilizing computers, including word processing, spreadsheet and other software packages<\/p>\n
