Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Regional Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Regional Sales Manager will have a core responsibility of;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Contributing to Tigo\u2019s strategic goals;
\n\u2022 Continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo Ghana;
\n\u2022 Creating team spirit based on the Tigo Values;
\n\u2022 Stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation;
\n\u2022 Managing Tigo\u2019s relationship with the Dealers;
\n\u2022 Developing distribution channels for new and existing products;
\n\u2022 Growing the retail universe;
\n\u2022 Managing stock within territory and
\n\u2022 Coordinating all distribution and airtime sales issues.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate for this role will be required to strategically plan and oversee the mutual business developments of dealers and Tigo Ghana in a specified Geography and will also be responsible for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling Tigo\u2019s investments and business processes to a select Dealer;
\n\u2022 Delivering Tigo field capability in the assigned territory;
\n\u2022 Identifying staff training and development needs and implementing necessary actions;
\n\u2022 Setting goals and objectives for direct reports, monitoring progress and maintaining motivation within the team.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or Business related courses;
\n\u2022 Two (2) years of managerial experience with field and operational experience preferably in an FMCG;
\n\u2022 Must be a team player with good negotiation skills;
\n\u2022 Good leadership skills
\n\u2022 Numerate with a good background in Finance.<\/p>\n
