line-height: 0px;\">\u00a0<\/span>under the regulation of the Bank of Ghana,which owns shares in the banks.<\/p>\n<p>A reputable rural bank in the Western Region requires the services of the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Credit and Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the General Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following functions among others:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Loans appraisals<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitoring of loans<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Recoveries<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Product development<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good corporate image and marketing of the Bank<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Link between the Bank and other institutions such as NGOs, MMDAs<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervision of Micro-Finance, Mainstream Credit and filed Operations<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Marketing, product and customer research<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 General marketing of the Bank&#8217;s products and services<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties assigned by the General Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A degree in a relevant field such as Finance,Agricultural Science, Land Economy, Marketing, Economics, Microfinance or Investment<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate must demonstrate capacity to manage a department<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A minimum of five (5) years&#8217;
