Our distinctive atmosphere provides a &#8220;whole child&#8221; curriculum designed to help each student realize their greatest intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical, and aesthetic growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0School Principal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Overall Purpose<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\nTo provide effective leadership of the organization and management of the school, staff, pupils, premises and resources. \u00a0The Principal will perform the duties to support growth and development of the school. The position is responsible to the Director<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Core Purpose of the Principal<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\nThe core purpose of the Principal is to provide professional leadership and management for the school, to promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of our school\u2019s work. Working with the director to develop a team that has the\u00a0necessary skills and knowledge. Also to recognize the role parents, caregivers and families play in helping children to succeed and thrive through being healthy; staying safe; enjoying and achieving learning.
