Budget Holders<\/li>\n<li>SCM Team Members<\/li>\n<li>Local Content Advisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Representatives of contractors and tenderer<\/li>\n<li>Representatives of Partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Purpose:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>To support in-country procurement, generally dealing with material and services call-offs, accounts payable processes interface, vendor issues, general contract administration and cross-departmental support<\/li>\n<li>Post award administration requirements and the reporting of contractor performance management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities \/Key Objectives:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Assists in obtaining post award performance data from suppliers, including local content performance data<\/li>\n<li>Assists in administration of contracts and orders through to close out<\/li>\n<li>Creates and issues call-offs against Framework Agreements<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all contract documentation is properly filed, both in hardcopy and softcopy<\/li>\n<li>Raises all necessary SAP Purchase Orders<\/li>\n<li>Assists in addressing associated variations and claims with contractors<\/li>\n<li>Provides support to Projects \/ Engineering team or contract\/budget holder in support of the contract management process, on post-award administration matters<\/li>\n<li>Provides regular reports on activities<\/li>\n<li>Attends progress meetings and presents updates as required<\/li>\n<li>Undertakes other duties within his or her capability or qualification level as may be reasonably required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Financial Responsibility:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Not Applicable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Experience and Education:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Minimum 3 years in contracts and procurement Industrial operations \/ project experience, preferably in Oil and Gas environment<\/li>\n<li>Degree or Diploma in a business or management related subject.<\/li>\n<li>CIPS preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with diverse business drivers and variables<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form<\/li>\n<li>Proven capabilities to perform as a team player<\/li>\n<li>Report construction and writing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>English language and numeric skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of competency in MS Word and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Business Behaviours:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Commercially aware with sound business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Establishes priorities and works independently with minimal direction<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative with good communications and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Seeks input from other functions and disciplines as required<\/li>\n<li>Working to required timelines<\/li>\n<li>Consistent with ethical business practices and regulatory requirements and committed to actively participate in Compliance &amp;
