Active in 90 countries, with a staff of 78,000 employees, it operates in oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, transformation and marketing, in petrochemicals, oilfield services construction and engineering.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for a<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Local content &amp; Community Relations Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The Key Responsibilities Are<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring effective relations between the project affected communities and the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with Local Content Regulations (LI 2204) in the acquisition of concessions, procurement and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and reporting monthly on local content compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring there are adequate mechanisms in place for handling grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating social investment programs in the project affected communities and overall corporate social responsibility projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring adequate documentation to cover all lands acquired or leased by the company as well as ensuring that landowners and farmers are adequately compensated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Social Science, Rural Development, Integrated Development Studies or any related field<\/li>\n<li>5 years of Oil and Gas industry experience (3 years of Community Relations)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English Language (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Cooperate Social Responsibility and expectations from stakeholders and local communities<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinking<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and communications skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accra, Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Permanent Local Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Locations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subsaharan Africa-Ghana-ACCRA-GH-ACCRA UNA HOME<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Area<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SUSTAINABILITY<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Posting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>13\/06\/2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eni is an integrated energy company.
