Country Management Support Units have been established in the organisational structure to provide support for Management and staff to fully assume their responsibilities in the GSM environment and to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, rules and regulations on all administrative and financial matters and transactions in the context of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.<\/p>\n

\nThe Incumbent oversees a team performing functions on the basis of the end-to-end process as designed in GSM.<\/li>\n
\nDesirable: Post graduate diploma or professional certification in project management or related field.<\/p>\n
\nEssential: At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience with an emphasis on programme management, budgeting, Human Resource Management, Procurement and\/or Travel<\/p>\n
\nWHO only considers higher educational qualifications obtained from an institution accredited\/recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED), a list updated by the International Association of Universities (IAU) \/ United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). \nSome professional certificates may not appear in the WHED and these will be reviewed individually.<\/p>\n\n
\nGood knowledge of WHO Results-Based management Framework and related business processes<\/li>\n
\nEssential: At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience with an emphasis on programme management, budgeting, Human Resource Management, Procurement and\/or Travel<\/p>\n\n
\nGood knowledge of WHO programme management and end-to-end business process as designed in the Global Management System;<\/li>\n
\nExcellent knowledge of English or French, with the ability to work in the other language.<\/p>\n
