{"id":14596,"date":"2016-07-29T03:16:50","date_gmt":"2016-07-29T03:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=14596"},"modified":"2016-11-25T08:53:02","modified_gmt":"2016-11-25T08:53:02","slug":"who-fresh-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/who-fresh-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"World Health Organisation [WHO] Recruitment 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Country Management Support Units have been established in the organisational structure to provide support for Management and staff to fully assume their responsibilities in the GSM environment and to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, rules and regulations on all administrative and financial matters and transactions in the context of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0National Operations Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the post is to provide overall coordination of administrative and support services to the WHO Country Management Support Unit including workplan development, and to ensure the provision of the full range of services covering the GSM end-to-end process.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong><u>Description of duties:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nThe Incumbent oversees a team performing functions on the basis of the end-to-end process as designed in GSM.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she coordinates different areas of activities such as Programme Management, Procurement and Inventories Management, Travel and Meetings Management, Human Resource Management, and Workplan\/Awad Management<\/li>\n<li>Prepares regular management reports on implementation of WCO workplans including contribution to the preparation of statutory reports and acts as focal point for internal and external audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Education:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nDesirable: Post graduate diploma or professional certification in project management or related field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential: At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience with an emphasis on programme management, budgeting, Human Resource Management, Procurement and\/or Travel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verification of Educational qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that your candidature is retained for an interview, you will be required to provide, in advance, a scanned copy of the degree(s)\/diploma(s)\/certificate(s) required for this position.<br \/>\nWHO only considers higher educational qualifications obtained from an institution accredited\/recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED), a list updated by the International Association of Universities (IAU) \/ United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
