Origgin is a leading mobile app company and one of few technology companies in Ghana building products and delivering services to challenge and meet up to international competitors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Software Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Requirement Document and Design documents for new web applications Based on clients\u2019 requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients\u2019 to ensure we are satisfying all clients\u2019 requirements<\/li>\n<li>Build REST API that various clients can connect from different platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 28 years of age with at least 7 years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must have previous experience of managing teams of at least 3 engineers.<\/li>\n<li>BSc in computer science or related Field.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong PHP and database design skills<\/li>\n<li>A comprehensive understanding of the Laravel 5.x or Code Igniter, WordPress and Magento<\/li>\n<li>Object Oriented Architecture and design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Version control and Git Hub<\/li>\n<li>MySQL<\/li>\n<li>Good HTML\/CSS\/ Bootstrap skills<\/li>\n<li>Javascript with an emphasis on Jquery or Angular JS<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on Development processes<\/li>\n<li>Mobile application development experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Past experience in developing API or connecting to API is important<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating Ideas<\/li>\n<li>Women are especially encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should send their CVs to<strong> careers@origgin.net<\/strong> Deadline for submission of application is Thursday, July 14 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Origgin Limited is an indigenous Ghanaian technology company founded on a simple yet powerful idea: to leverage the power of mobile technology to solve everyday problems.
