\nTeam size<\/strong>: 80 people<\/p>\n
\n* Day to day management of the farm
\n* Forecasts
\n* Workshop management
\n* Land development
\n* Inputs, yield optimization
\n* Improvement processes
\n* Implement and maintain SOP\u2019s
\n* Quality of products
\n* HR and training programs, lifting the level in-house
\n* Make sure all facilitating departments are working optimal<\/p>\n
\n* A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture
\n* At least 5 years of work experience as a farm manager, preferably in Rice
\n* African working experience an advantage, not a must
\n* Good understanding of and experience in production planning and distribution management
\n* Experienced in process management and optimization
\n* Experience in HR management (performance evaluation, remuneration, promotions)
\n* Excels at networking and building strong relationships at senior levels in the government and governmental institutions
\n* Strong in communication, interacting with key clients, guiding his team, networking with governmental bodies and reporting to stakeholders.
\n* Ability to think strategically, plan, implement and deliver outcomes
\n* Superior negotiation skills and ability to convince and make a point to his peers<\/p>\n
\n* Salary ranges from USD4.000 \u2013 USD5.000 nett, depending on your experience
\n* Local allowance
\n* Performance based bonus
\n* Visa, housing, transport, tickets, international insurance arranged and paid for
\n* Located in the South-East part of Ghana, 1 hr from Tema, 1.5 hr from Accra
\n* Long term position 3-5 years
