\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support sales team in YARA crop clinics and take farmer testimonials
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement and monitor scientific trials
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure commercial crop demonstrations are well established and monitored
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support local implementation of crop based road map and farmer segmentation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyse data from demos into concise results, develop farmer profitability models and share with farmers, commercial team and industry stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote the YARA crop nutrition program and develop technical content in marketing materials to support sales teams in regions commercial farms
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide technical support to sales representatives
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build agronomic competence and train Yara staff in crop nutrition and fertilizers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support sales agronomists in providing expert advice to commercial farmers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A master\u2019s degree will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum 3 years multinational working experience.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and listening skills; good interpersonal relationship skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently and within teams.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent computer skills and project management capabilities.<\/p>\n
