\nResponsible for creating trouble ticket and distribute the ticket to the appropriate recipient
\nResponsible for following the technical issues handling and complaints handling, and the handling of non-technical issue
\nResponsible for confirming with customer about all handled requests or complaints, doing satisfacton survey, and ensuring customer issues are closed
\nNote: Other career opportunities exist for Electrical\/Electronic, Telecommunication engineers and those with technical backgrounds in telecoms<\/p>\n
\nHave good communication skills. Clearly know the definition of customer requests classification
\nFamiliar with the use of Ticket system for issue handling
\nAble to follow the problem handle process and state effectively
\nHave a certain level of statistical and data analysis capabilities. Able to manage customer satisfaction remotely<\/p>\n
