Huawei Ghana recruits <strong>Helpdesk Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for receipting service request and complaints<br \/>\nResponsible for creating trouble ticket and distribute the ticket to the appropriate recipient<br \/>\nResponsible for following the technical issues handling and complaints handling, and the handling of non-technical issue<br \/>\nResponsible for confirming with customer about all handled requests or complaints, doing satisfacton survey, and ensuring customer issues are closed<br \/>\nNote: Other career opportunities exist for Electrical\/Electronic, Telecommunication engineers and those with technical backgrounds in telecoms<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BSc\/HND in Engineering or its equivalent, or 2 years technical skills in telecom with Customer relation experience (Customer care, Call Center, Walk-in Center, Helpdesk, Front Office Receptionist)<br \/>\nHave good communication skills. Clearly know the definition of customer requests classification<br \/>\nFamiliar with the use of Ticket system for issue handling<br \/>\nAble to follow the problem handle process and state effectively<br \/>\nHave a certain level of statistical and data analysis capabilities.
