{"id":14792,"date":"2016-07-08T14:25:48","date_gmt":"2016-07-08T14:25:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=14792"},"modified":"2016-11-15T12:18:13","modified_gmt":"2016-11-15T12:18:13","slug":"enterprise-life-recruitment-on","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/enterprise-life-recruitment-on.html","title":{"rendered":"Enterprise Life Recruitment On"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited (ELAC) was incorporated in the year 2000 with the initial shareholders as Enterprise Insurance Company, a listed general insurance company in Ghana, African Life (now Sanlam Sky) a South African Life Insurance Company and the International Finance Corporation, the commercial wing of the World Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Our current shareholding comprises of Enterprise Group Limited (51%) and Sanlam (49%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties of this role will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell the products and services of the company<\/li>\n<li>Plan and recruit Sales Representatives<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development of Sales Representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Align business targets to individual targets of Sales Representatives<\/li>\n<li>Set targets and manage Sales Representatives to achieve personal as well as branch and business sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit daily\/weekly\/monthly reports to Branch Manager<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Manager or the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you need to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a first degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 \u2013 5 years working experience in sales.
