Zain Ghana recruits <strong>Platinum Relationship Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To monitor and ensure adherence to set standards across defined customer touch points for continual improvement<br \/>\nAssist in the development and amendment of policies and procedures that ensure and promote customer intimacy for platinum customers<br \/>\nAssist in the management of the relationship between Zain and its platinum customers by<br \/>\nMaintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction<br \/>\nMaintaining a regular schedule of contact via phone\/on-site visits<br \/>\nAlerting platinum customers to new and improved products\/services<br \/>\nDeveloping relationships with platinum customers<br \/>\nAssist in the administering of surveys, collecting data and feedback from platinum customers at an intimate level on concerns\/issues<br \/>\nAssist in the development of customer retention programs for platinum customers<br \/>\nEnsure that complaints or trouble reports from platinum customers are fast tracked and resolved in a timely fashion<br \/>\nAssist in ensuring that accurate bills are sent to platinum customers on time<br \/>\nProvide support to the sales team for up selling of products to platinum customers<br \/>\nPrepare periodic and regualr reports on platinum customers for decision making<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate must have the following:<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum of a good first degree in any social sciences course, preference will, however, be given to candidates with demonstrated exposure in the indicated area<br \/>\n2-3 years experience in a customer service environment<br \/>\nAble to operate in a performance driven organization<br \/>\nExcellent command of the English language<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please apply with your updated CV and Cover letter directly to the e-mail address: <strong>Resourcing.gh@gh.africaairtel.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till: 19 Nov, 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bharti Airtel, Asia\u2019s leading telecommunications service provider, has acquired Zain Africa\u2019s mobile operations in 15 countries.
