\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for identifying areas of risk for the Company in relation to a broad range of matters and provide solutions to manage risk
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and report on the extent of compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in contract negotiations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Draft and review contracts
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Represent the Company and its employees on both civil and criminal matters to ensure the protection of the corporate interest at all times
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare monthly \/ quarterly and annual legal report(s)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise Senior Management on new and regulatory developments and issues which may impact the business<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 7 years post call experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong computer usage skills a requisite
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Result orientated with the ability to analyse situations and make timely decisions<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong planning and organization skills; and ability to resolve sensitive legal issues<\/p>\n
