Job Title:\u00a0Revenue and Reservations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n

The overall objective of this position is to improve any revenue and reservations stream by selling the right mix of products & services, at the right price, at the right time, to the right customer, at the right customer touch point, using the right distribution network. The incumbent in this position is also responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Revenue and Reservations manager is a key player the process of budgeting and laying out the business plan. You will obtain and share market intelligence to generate business opportunities, provide accurate revenue forecasts, understand the product, conduct continuous market studies to establish and understand demand patterns and recommend strategies and determine rates, review and work towards improving online reputation as an important revenue determinant and collect and share data for Rev Max meetings as drive the initiative. In addition, you will administer and manage revenue and reservation systems, manage the reservations department and ensure compliance with rates and Kempinski standards on reservations management. Talent development is a key principal and you will be required to train and develop the revenue and reservations team and map out clear career development plans for them.<\/p>\n
