To support the Customer Service department in overall management of the department by preparing reports and plans while ensuring follow up of agreed targets in an effort to enhance smooth co-ordination of operations across the group. To ensure that the Customer Service Director is provided with appropriate reports, analysis, knowledge, and meaningful information on a timely basis to make informed business decisions. In addition, facilitate the validation and updating of CSD business information, through requests from internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Coordinate and hold custody of all budgets, target and report on performance indicators as set by the department and group across all segments
\nPreparation of Business cases for new projects designated for discussion and approval
\nCritical resource in the preparation of STRAP and AOP
\nDevelop, modify and document relevant processes and procedures if required
\nMust have a strong financial mind to help the Customer Service Director make relevant financial decisions and achieve EBITDA targets
\nTo carry assigned feasibility analysis on special projects as assigned
\nMonitor the CS Staff\/Partner performance; administer Partner Payments with finance team
\nEnsure effective interface between the Customer Service department and other departments
\nEnsure that all reports are accurately produced in the specified time
\nIs expected to familiarize himself or herself with how other departments impact on the business and help point out the effect based on historical trends
\nWork on special projects as requested<\/p>\n
