He\/she will be responsible for ensuring a good distribution of Zain&#8217;s products and services, increasing subscriber gross adds and growing revenue by expanding Zain&#8217;s numeric distribution through aggressive recruitment of retailers and embarking on other sales activities<\/p>\n<p><strong>The incumbent will:<\/strong><br \/>\nPerform territorial review and demarcations<br \/>\nDrive recruitment and placements of distributors<br \/>\nBe responsible for monthly performance reviews of distributor&#8217;s performance<br \/>\nManage the Distributor relationship<br \/>\nConduct periodic audits of route to market compliance within the regions<br \/>\nPerform distribution channel analysis and development<br \/>\nDevelop strategic sales plans for the region<br \/>\nInitiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate the market<br \/>\nReview performance of supervisors and representatives<br \/>\nManage the implementation of market initiatives for the region<br \/>\nRecruit, train and develop sales staff according to company policies<br \/>\nEnsure relevant HR procedures are adhered to<br \/>\nProvide support to field sales team through training and coaching<br \/>\nAnalyze various reports from trade and planning strategies to tackle key issues<br \/>\nPerform other related duties that may be assigned<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate must have the following:<\/strong><br \/>\nA university degree or higher<br \/>\nA minimum of 5 years relevant working experience<br \/>\nTelecoms or FMCG experience will be an added advantage<br \/>\nBe able to work under pressure with short-term targets<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nBe computer literate<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please apply with your updated CV and Cover letter directly to the e-mail address:<strong> Reply.Resourcing@gh.airtel.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till: 18 Nov, 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Locations: Western\/Central, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East &amp; Upper West Regions The job holder will be performing sales activities and will report to the National Sales Manager.
