1. Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Treasurer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Reporting to the CEO, the Treasurer will be required to re-organise the company\u2019s treasury function and run it as a vibrant and viable profit centre.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage the institution\u2019s cashflows to ensure compliance with regulatory liquidity limits as well as with the company\u2019s own liquidity policy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for ensuring that the company\u2019s liquidity management policy is up dated regularly to keep it adequate for the needs of the business at all times.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Actively trade in treasury products
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage treasury risks proactively and diligently to avoid loss, non-compliance or the risk of fraud.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have primary responsibility for the instition\u2019s assets and liabilities including serving as the chairman of the institution\u2019s ALCO
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 As part of the company\u2019s management team, the treasurer will be required to contribute to strategy formulation and execution as well as assist the CEO in the day-to-day running of the business.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting, Banking, Mathematics or Economics
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 years treasury experience in a similar management role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good understanding of the local and international treasury markets including a good working knowledge of treasury products.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently without much technical supervision<\/p>\n

Job Title: Lawyer \/ Admin. Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Reporting to the CEO, the role holder will provide the company with general legal advisory services, manage the company collateral security arrangement, assume responsibility for the company\u2019s regulatory compliance and serve as the liaison officer between the company and its external lawyers. The role also carries additional responsibility for the company\u2019s human resource management and general administrative functions.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review, evaluate and advise on all legal documents of interest to the company and contracts that the company is either a party to or in which it has a beneficial interest.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Advise on legal cases of interest to the company and where necessary prepare legal files and briefs for cases that the company will have to take to court
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Regularly review the conduct of the company\u2019s business wth special refernce to modus operandi and documentation to advise on the most effective ways to protect the legal interests of the company.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar. An advanced degree in corporate law will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Legal experience experience of between 3 to 5 years in a reputable law firm or in a corporate environment.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in the Financial Services industry will be a distinct advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Comprehensive knowledge on legal matters relating to banking, employment, property, corporate governance, commerce and company secretarial services
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous HR training and experience will be a distinct advantage. Lawyers with interest in HR but without any HR experience are however encouraged to apply
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Leadership and strong management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The IT Officer will assist the IT Manager in managing the company\u2019s IT infrastructure in delivering IT support services to the company.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform preventive maintenance duties on information system assets within the organisation which will include both hardware and software maintenance.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and maintain general ICT cosumable stock to ensure adequate supplies are available in a timely and cost effective manner ensuring Best Value at all times.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform tasks aimed at ensuring compliance with the company\u2019s information systems policy

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least first degree level or HND level certification in computer science, computer engineering or related field from a recognised tertiary institution
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated knowledge of relational database management systems (Oracle, MS SQL, etc)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of some computer programming language (PHP, SQL, VB, etc)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated knowledge of IT hardware and software maintenance and repair
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with software and applications used in the Financial Service industry will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage CEO\u2019s diary and his overall itinerary.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage CEO\u2019s secretariat and his guests
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as a liaison officer between the CEO and his direct reports
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide secretarial support for the preparation and circulation of Board Reports
